Frequently asked questions.

Do we need to prepare anything?

No. Just tell us how your team works today. If you'd like to see Deam on your own material, bring a deck or a template; nothing under NDA has to leave your firm. Colleagues can join: add them under “Add guests” when you book.

What does Deam cost?

Individual plans are listed on our pricing page. The Teams plan is priced per seat and set up with you after the demo, with no setup fees.

Does Deam work with our templates and brand?

Yes. Admins upload your approved templates, logos and colors once, and every slide and chart your team builds in Deam follows them. Bring a template to the call if you like, and you'll see Deam work with it.

What happens to our data?

Security is always our first priority. Deam is made in Germany, hosted in Germany and the EU, GDPR compliant, and never uses your content to train models.

What happens after the call?

If Deam is a fit for your team, we set up a second session on your own templates, with everyone who should see it, and help you pick a plan. If it isn't, we tell you so.

Purpose
We use PostHog to see which pages are visited and how they are used, where waitlist sign-ups and demo bookings stop, how fast the pages load, and where technical errors occur.
Data collected
Page and referrer URLs without the part after “#”; visit date and time; browser and device information; clicks on links and buttons with their labels, click and scroll heatmaps, repeated and ineffective clicks; the names of steps such as “waitlist submitted” or “demo booked”, never their content; load times (Web Vitals); technical error messages; session recordings of page layout, clicks, scrolling and pointer movements, with technical console messages and the address and duration of network requests, never their content; and a random pseudonymous identifier. Input fields and the text of the demo booking and the waitlist are masked in your browser, and clicks in them are not captured; our free tools are not recorded. PostHog receives your IP address for technical reasons, derives only the country from it and does not store the address itself.

PostHog sets no cookies. The local storage entry holds a random identifier that connects your visits; the session storage entries are deleted when you close the tab. Withdrawing your consent deletes all of them at once.

PostHog Inc. processes the data on our behalf (Art. 28 GDPR) and stores it in its EU region in Frankfurt am Main (Amazon Web Services). Where PostHog Inc. accesses data from the USA, this is based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and, in addition, EU Standard Contractual Clauses. See our privacy notice for details.
